Kitchen Quarter is a recipe-sharing platform. Kitchen Quarter does not provide dietary, nutritional, or medical advice.
Nutritional information displayed on the Service (calories, macronutrients, micronutrients, FDA-format nutrition panels) is computed automatically from ingredient-level data maintained by Kitchen Quarter. Allergen warnings, dietary compatibility flags (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, keto, halal, kosher, etc.), and spice level indicators are similarly auto-computed from ingredient metadata. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate ingredient data, this information may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Some ingredients do not yet have complete nutrition data available in any database we reference — where that is the case, we leave those specific values blank rather than estimate them, and we are continuously working to fill them in as verified data becomes available.
You should not rely on nutritional information, allergen data, or dietary compatibility assessments from Kitchen Quarter — or any recipe platform — as a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice. Specifically:
(a) If you have food allergies: always verify ingredients by reading product labels and consulting with your healthcare provider. Kitchen Quarter’s allergen system tracks the major food allergens listed in the app but cannot account for cross-contamination during preparation, manufacturer formulation changes, or allergens in unlisted sub-ingredients.
(b) If you have dietary restrictions for medical reasons (diabetes, celiac disease, kidney disease, phenylketonuria, etc.): consult a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before relying on dietary compatibility flags or nutritional data from this platform.
(c) Food safety: always follow established food safety guidelines regarding food storage, preparation temperatures, cross-contamination prevention, and proper handling. Kitchen Quarter does not monitor or verify the food safety practices described in user-submitted recipes.
(d) User-submitted content: recipes, cooking instructions, suggested substitutions, and comments represent the views and experiences of individual users, not of Kitchen Quarter. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or quality of any user-submitted content.
(e) Young children and choking: some foods are a choking risk for children under 4, for example whole grapes, whole nuts, popcorn, hard raw vegetables, spoonfuls of nut butter, whole hot dogs or sausages, and cheese cubes. Kitchen Quarter doesn't check recipes for choking risk or say which recipes suit babies or young children. If you cook for them, cut round or firm foods into small pieces (about ¼ inch for babies and ½ inch for toddlers), soften or leave out hard foods, follow your child's doctor's advice, and always watch young children while they eat.

Food-handling notes. Some recipes show notes we add, such as safe minimum cooking temperatures or warnings about raw or undercooked ingredients. These are general guidance taken from public food-safety sources (for example, USDA and FDA). They don't cover every recipe, ingredient or situation, and a missing note doesn't mean a recipe is safe. Use a food thermometer, follow current food-safety guidance, and take extra care for anyone pregnant, very young, older, or with a weakened immune system. Eating raw or undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
